Shipping policy

Products purchased through the Site will be subject to the conditions of dispatch and delivery chosen by the User and available on the Site. The information of the place of shipment is the sole responsibility of the User. The deadlines chosen for dispatch and delivery, are counted from the time the Site valid the purchase order and the means of payment used, being considered working days for the fulfillment of that deadline. In addition, the Site will communicate by email to Users, the data so that it can track the status of the shipment over the Internet.

Cayma E.I.R.L does not guarantee a second delivery attempt; However, in order to optimize its service, the Courier may choose to make a second delivery attempt if it was unsuccessful on the first visit; if so, this will be given the day after the first failed attempt and without the obligation of prior coordination. In this sense, if the client is absent again, the package will return to the Courier stores. The customer may request a third visit, however, it will depend on the dispatch policies of each Merchant Partner and is subject to payment of the logistical cost.
Package Compliance Received
When the User receives a product, he/she must check that the box or bag containing the product is sealed and has no signs of prior opening. If you detect this, you must not receive the product and you must contact the Site immediately. In case the product is received in good condition and complete, the User will sign the Referral Guide and Sales Ticket or Invoice, thus leaving conformity of the delivery and product received. After acceptance of the product and documentary signature, the User may not file a claim for damage to the product or lack thereof, only claims for warranty issues or any described in the Return and Changes Policy will be addressed.
Each Seller Shop, when delivering a large product, sends with the carrier, a "DELIVERY CONFORMITY FORMAT", where the customer must sign upon receipt, stating that, he carried out the external physical review of the product and that the product is in good condition. If you have any observations at the time of receipt, you must not receive the product or sign any documents, and immediately contact Cayma E.I.R.L; the carrier must also take the product. After acceptance of the product and documentary signature, the User may not file a claim for product damage or missing from it, only claims for warranty issues or any described within the Return and Changes Policy will be addressed.
The Carrier when performing the entrega of large products, is not entitled or authorized to perform special manoeuvres, call yourself disassembly of doors or windows, entry of the product with pulleys, ropes, etc. Delivery will be made up to a maximum of 3 floors, provided that access to it is feasible (large stairs or large elevator). The product will not be entered by balconies, windows or skylight.
The Carrier does not carry out any installations or armed products (unless expressly stated in the product description).
